For custom-made products and those that include delivery and assembly, payment is made via proforma invoice.
Products supplied on order cannot be returned.
Customers can verify the suitability of the product before purchase at the company’s location. The return of used items is not possible.

The terms of business are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the GZS and international codes for e-business.

Selecting a Product
On the website www.iki-stroji.si, select a product, choose any additional options, and click "Add to Cart." The system will notify you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click the left link "Back to Catalog" to return to the online store.
If you want to complete the purchase, click the right link "Checkout" and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
Removing a Product from the Shopping Cart
On the website www.iki-stroji.si, in the upper right corner, there is an icon for the shopping cart. By clicking on the icon, the user can see the products they have added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store.
If the user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the cart icon and the remove icon (cross). If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, they can continue selecting the product.

Prices
All prices listed on the website are stated with and without tax.
Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and do not have a predetermined validity.
The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
Payment is made by pro forma invoice to the seller's bank account.
The seller issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, detailing the costs.

The online store www.iki-stroji.si provides main information about the products and also photographs of the products (images are symbolic). Although we strive to provide accurate images of the items for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Images do not guarantee product properties. Color shades and appearance may slightly differ from the actual state of the products.
Delivery
Goods purchased through the website www.iki-stroji.si are paid for via pro forma invoice, and the buyer can choose delivery or personal pickup.
Delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or SŽ Express. Pošta Slovenije usually delivers the next working day after dispatch, but no later than 3 days from dispatch. SŽ Express typically delivers within 48 hours after pickup, but no later than 48 hours for pickup and 48 hours for delivery.
The contractual partners for delivery are Pošta Slovenije and SŽ Express, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will fulfill the order more efficiently.
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer (natural person) has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act. The only cost to the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The option to withdraw from the contract is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and applies to natural persons, not companies or legal entities. All shipping and/or return costs in the case of a return are borne by the buyer; in the case of withdrawal from the contract, the company will return all received payments immediately or no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns received payments to the consumer using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly requested the use of another payment method and incurs no costs as a result.
In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of received payments until the returned goods are received and inspected to ensure everything is in order.
If you have received damaged goods, please take a photo of them immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If you have received incorrect goods, you can return them within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods are unused, packed in their original packaging, and undamaged. The purchase price will be refunded to the customer in the previously agreed manner, and no later than 14 working days from the return of the goods.

The returned goods must be undamaged and in their original quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.

Regarding the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, it should be noted that this is a withdrawal from the contract without there being anything wrong with the product itself; this right is granted to the consumer due to the nature of the contract – concluding a contract at a distance. The right to withdraw from the contract is not about whether the consumer knows what they are buying (in principle, the consumer knows what they are ordering), but rather about re-evaluating their decision within the legally prescribed timeframe and, if the decision was hasty, changing it and withdrawing from the contract.
It should also be noted that concluding a contract at a distance does not provide the consumer with more rights than concluding a contract in a traditional manner (i.e., by visiting a store). Therefore, the consumer cannot and should not use the received goods freely until they withdraw from the contract, as this is not a trial purchase where testing the product is a condition for maintaining the contract. The consumer may only inspect and test the received goods to the extent necessary to ascertain their actual condition, as is customary in stores. Any "testing" that deviates from this can be considered as using the goods, meaning that the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not grant the consumer any additional rights, but only the option to reconsider their purchase decision even after receiving the goods, and if this decision was hasty, to change it and withdraw from the contract; it does not grant them the right to use the goods.
The online store iki-stroji.si reserves the right to refuse the return of damaged, used products or products that do not contain all relevant elements upon return (box, invoice, original packaging, unused, etc.) at the sender's expense. Therefore, we ask you to handle the product responsibly and carefully, as this is the only way we can seamlessly exchange the product or refund your money. Product Warranty
The warranty for products applies to items purchased based on the attached invoice, with the date of sale being the date on the invoice. The warranty is claimed with the invoice or a copy of it. The warranty for all products for which the law mandates a warranty is at least 12 months. For products with a longer warranty period, this will be specifically indicated. The warranty does not apply to consumables!
All factory defects and deficiencies that arise during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

Step 3: Fill out the request for claiming the complaint and clearly explain the reason for the complaint.
The complaint procedure can be initiated when we receive your completed and signed request for claiming the complaint in writing via email or regular mail.
Our policy does not allow initiating the complaint process verbally over the phone.
Our complaint department needs all the details marked on the complaint form during the review of each product. In case of missing information, we will contact you again in the manner you used to contact us at the beginning of the complaint procedure, which may extend the complaint process.
Step 4: The complained product must be sent to our company address in impeccable condition, or sent in the same way it was received, at the buyer's expense, in accordance with our warranty conditions published on our website and below in our terms of business.
IMPORTANT: All packages sent to our address with cash on delivery or paid postage will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
For any missing individual parts of a product or missing accessories, the deduction from the total purchase price of the product will be assessed separately. We reserve the right not to accept a returned incomplete product, regardless of the type of complaint or return. If you request a refund during the complaint process, the returned product will again become the property of IKI-PRO d.o.o. If the product is not returned to our address in the same condition as it was sent to the customer, any changes to the product will represent a business loss for IKI-PRO d.o.o.
Step: When the product, along with all accompanying documentation, arrives at the address of IKI-PRO d.o.o., it will be inspected by the complaints department. Based on the content of the completed complaint report and the findings of the complaint inspection, a company representative will contact you and inform you of the next steps.
Each case will be handled individually, depending on the type of complaint. During the process, the complaints department may offer product repair, product replacement, or a refund.
Important:
All functioning products that were sent to our address as complaints and found to have no defects during the complaint inspection will be returned at the customer’s expense upon prior payment of costs via pro forma invoice.
The cost for an unjustified product inspection is considered to be a minimum of 1 service hour at a rate of 40.00 EUR + VAT (product inspection) and shipping costs.
All products leave our distribution center in protective packaging and in flawless condition. Please ensure that the package is delivered in flawless condition. If you notice visible damage to the package upon receipt, you are not obliged to accept such a package and can refuse it. Please also inform us of the package refusal due to damage. You must understand that IKI-PRO d.o.o. cannot be responsible for damages to the package after delivery. If the customer accepts a damaged package, IKI-PRO d.o.o. cannot know whether it was indeed damaged upon receipt or if the damage occurred after receipt. In the latter case, IKI-PRO d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the customer can return the package and receive a refund.
WARRANTY WILL CEASE TO BE VALID:
- For damages caused by improper use, negligence, or mechanical damage.
- If an unauthorized person has interfered with the product or if it is determined that someone has tampered with the product without our written permission.
- For changes made to the product.
- For unprofessional additions of structural components.
- For using other elements that do not originally belong to the product.
- For incorrect handling or damage due to negligence.
- For other reasons specified on our website and below under "Warranty Conditions."
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?
In case of visible damage to the packaging or goods, the customer must file a complaint with the provider or delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The customer is not obliged to accept such goods and may refuse the shipment.
Material Defect of the Product When is a defect material?
When:
- The item lacks the properties necessary for normal use or for trade.
- The item lacks the properties necessary for a specific use for which it is purchased, which was known to the seller or should have been known.
- The item lacks the properties and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed.
- The seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for information.
How is the suitability of the item checked?
It is checked against another flawless item of the same type, as well as against the manufacturer's statements or indications on the item itself.
How is a material defect claimed?

Delivery Goods ordered on the website will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Orders received on weekdays will be dispatched on the same or next working day after receipt of payment (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods are not available, we will inform you immediately. Delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or SŽ Express. The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process, and keep them updated throughout the process. The provider acknowledges that a key characteristic of consumer disputes, at least regarding judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle preventing consumers from initiating disputes in court. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably, which is also mandated for the seller by point 11 of Article 43b of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).

The initiator commits to first attempting to resolve any dispute with the consumer out of court and only after exhausting all other legal options to proceed through the courts.
Warranty Conditions:
The warranty period begins on the day of sale and lasts for 12 months.
The company IKI-PRO d.o.o. (hereinafter the importer) guarantees the customer the flawless operation of the product during the 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery.
To claim the warranty, it is necessary to present the invoice and warranty card for product identification.
In the case of any intervention in the machine that is not approved by the importer, the warranty conditions shall cease to apply. An exception applies to operations specified in the user manual, provided they are performed in accordance with the instructions.
The warranty is valid only with proper/authorized use of the machine.
The warranty applies only in the Republic of Slovenia.
The warranty does not cover:
- All defects arising from improper handling (e.g., an operation not specified in the user manual),
- Defects arising from repairs, modifications, improper cleaning of the equipment, etc., performed by unauthorized persons,
- All defects or damages caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, or environmental pollution,
- All defects arising from negligent and improper storage (high temperature or humidity) and improper maintenance,
- All defects arising from wear and tear,
- All defects caused by foreign objects entering significant parts of the machine,
- Cases where there are any changes on the warranty card regarding the purchase date, buyer's name, dealer's name, and serial number,
- Improper transport by the customer (for example, if the product is damaged after pickup due to improper transportation – moisture, condensation, rain, snow, hail, or if the product was not handled responsibly).
The warranty covers free delivery or replacement of spare parts at the location of IKI-PRO d.o.o. due to defects occurring within the warranty period. Any installation of spare parts at the customer's location will be charged according to the official mileage rate.
The customer delivers and collects products at the company’s headquarters at their own expense and responsibility.
The warranty does not cover any loss of income due to machine failure.
The seller's liability after the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the machine (if repair is not possible), and liability for the customer's loss or defect in the product is excluded.
The customer agrees at the time of purchase that in case of claiming the warranty, the machine will be delivered to the seller's premises at their own expense (service), unless they mutually agree that the seller will send spare parts to the customer, who will replace the defective part themselves. If the customer delivers the machine to the seller's premises (service) for repair, they will also collect the machine after the repair is completed (both at their own expense).
If the seller/importer cannot repair the product within 45 days, they will mutually agree with the customer to replace the product with a new machine or, in case of mutual agreement, offer appropriate financial compensation. If replacement is not possible or reasonable from the seller’s perspective, the seller may refund the purchase price, and the customer will return the product.
The seller/importer guarantees service and spare parts for a fee for 3 years from the date of purchase.
