The instructions are intended for your safety.
Never use loading ramps if you are not familiar with safety measures and proper usage.

1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. When using loading ramps, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety-toed shoes, and a helmet if necessary.
2. Before securing the ramps, the loading surface must be parallel to the ground.
3. Use the ramps safely. Before and after each use, check that the ramps are intact and undamaged, paying particular attention to any cracks in the welds. If you notice any cracks, do not use the ramps under any circumstances!
4. Ensure that the vehicle or trailer onto which you will be loading goods or machinery via the loading ramps cannot move during loading. The vehicle or trailer must be well braked, and the wheels should be secured with appropriate wheel chocks.
5. The axle carrying the heaviest load must always be at the top.
6. Wheels or tracks must always be positioned directly in the centre of the ramp - DO NOT drive on the outer edge supports.
7. The operator is responsible for ensuring that the load does not exceed the rated capacity of the ramps.
8. This product is made from an alloy with exceptionally high strength. Do not drill, weld, or modify the ramps arbitrarily.
9. Ensure that the ramps are securely attached to the truck or trailer with locking pins, safety belts, or
chains.
10. A shorter wheelbase of the vehicle being loaded may require a higher rated capacity of the ramps.
11. Ramps are suitable for vehicles with rubber wheels or rubber tracks. They must not be used for loading machines with metal tracks.

2. MAINTENANCE

2.1 It is the user's responsibility to check the loading ramps and components before each use.
If the ramp is damaged, DO NOT use it.

2.2 Maintain the ramp with regular cleaning.

The ramps must be secured to the vehicle. The methods are explained below.
How to use the pins?

STEP 1 - Position the ramp to align the hole on the ramps with
the holes on the vehicle's platform.
STEP 2 - Insert the pin into the hole. Ensure that the pin is correctly aligned with the hole on the truck.
STEP 3 - Secure the split pin (R-Clip) to the underside of the pin.

How to choose the appropriate ramps?

The length of the loading ramp is directly related to the incline.

H = Loading height
A = incline (must not exceed 30% or 16.5°)
L = length of the ramp
L (m) = H(m) x 100/A
Example: to overcome a difference of 0.9 m (in most cases H = height from the ground to the loading surface).
Using the above formula with the maximum permitted incline, we get the following result:
L(m) = 0.90 (m) x 100/30 % = 3.00 m
From this, it can be concluded that the ramps must be at least 3 m long.

Select ramps with an internal width at least 50 mm wider than the wheels or tracks of the machines.
When assessing load capacity, consider the wheelbase of the machine.
